These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on agroroof.com, operated by PEAKZONE
(brand: Agroroof). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing
- Our products are sold by square feet and other applicable units, depending on the product. Prices shown on the website depend on the product variant and the delivery state.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is shown at checkout.
- Transport charges are not included in the product price. The customer pays them directly to the transport company when collecting the goods.
- Product photos are for reference. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur.
- We may change prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order will apply.
3. Orders and Payment
- You can place orders on our website, on WhatsApp, or by phone call.
- For WhatsApp and phone orders, we send a payment QR code or payment link only from our official company WhatsApp numbers.
- Online payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Cash payment is accepted only when you buy in person at our godown. We do not offer cash on delivery for shipped orders.
- For some orders, we accept an advance payment (a percentage of the order value). The balance must be paid before or at the time of dispatch, as informed by us.
- An order is confirmed only after we receive the payment and send you a confirmation.
- We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable or if there is a pricing error. In such cases, we will refund the full amount you paid.
4. Payment Safety – Important
- Make payments only through the QR code or payment link sent from our official company WhatsApp numbers, or through agroroof.com. The account name must show PEAKZONE.
- Our sales executives will share only official company numbers and the company QR code. Never pay to a personal number, personal UPI ID, or any account not in the name of PEAKZONE.
- PEAKZONE is not responsible for any payment made to any other number or account.

5. Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

6. Shipping
- Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Warranty
- Our products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery.
- Defects noticed within 15 days of delivery are handled as a return or replacement, as explained in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
- Defects noticed after 15 days but within 1 year are handled as a warranty claim. Contact us with your order number and clear photos and videos of the defect.
- We will inspect the claim first. If it is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will replace the defective quantity or refund its value, at our decision.
- Transport charges for sending replacement material are paid by the customer.
- The warranty does not cover tears, cuts, or damage caused by the customer. It also does not cover improper handling, storage or installation, weak or unsuitable supporting structures, accidents, or natural disasters.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as crop loss, business loss, or installation labour costs.

- You must provide correct contact details, delivery address, and GSTIN (if applicable).
Product Suitability & Installation Disclaimer
Agroroof PET Panel Sheets must be used with suitable supporting structures and proper installation methods. Customers are responsible for confirming that the product is suitable for their intended application, installation method and local weather conditions.
Improper installation, inadequate structural support, incorrect handling or use outside the recommended application may affect product performance and are not covered under the manufacturing defect warranty.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
