Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday at 5:00 PM, after payment is confirmed.
- There is no dispatch on Sundays or government holidays. Orders paid on these days will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders paid after 5:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2 to 4 days after dispatch
- Other states: 3 to 5 days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of transport, weather, holidays or other
reasons beyond our control.
3. Transport Partners
- We ship through trusted transport partners such as MSS (within Tamil Nadu) and VRL Logistics (other states). For some deliveries, you may need to collect the goods from the transport office.
4. Shipping Charges
- Transport charges are not included in the product price or invoice.
- The customer pays the transport charges directly to the transport company when collecting the goods (to-pay basis).
- The amount depends on the transport company, delivery location and weight of the order.
5. LR Copy / Tracking
- After dispatch, we share the LR (Lorry Receipt) copy with you, so you can track and collect your goods.
6. Damage in Transit
- Please check your goods on delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours, with photos and videos. See our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for details.
