Agroroof Social Manager – Terms of Service

These terms apply to Agroroof Social Manager (“the App”) at media.agroroof.com, operated by Peakzone (brand: Agroroof), Building No. 12/1, Vinayaga Nagar, RMS Colony, Edamalaipatti Pudur, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu – 620012, India.
1. Purpose
The App is an internal business tool for preparing, approving and publishing Agroroof’s own videos to Agroroof’s own Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts, and for viewing their performance.
2. Who may use it
Only people given a login by Peakzone may use the App. Each user must keep their login private and use the App only for Agroroof’s work.
3. Connected accounts
Only social media accounts owned or managed by Agroroof may be connected. Accounts are connected through the official Meta and Google login screens; the App never asks for social media passwords. By connecting a YouTube channel, users agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
4. Content rules
Users are responsible for the videos and text they upload and publish. Content must follow the rules of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, respect other people’s rights, and be lawful.
5. Approval and publishing
Where approval is switched on, content is published only after a Manager or Admin approves it. Publishing depends on Meta and Google services; we cannot guarantee that every post is published at the exact scheduled time if those services fail or change.
6. Platform terms
Use of the App also follows the terms of Meta Platforms and Google / YouTube. If their rules change, some features may change or stop working.
7. Privacy
How the App handles data is explained in our Privacy Policy (https://agroroof.com/social-manager-privacy).
8. Access removal
Peakzone can suspend or remove a user’s access at any time, for example when they leave the team or misuse the App.
9. Liability
The App is provided as-is for internal use. Peakzone is not responsible for losses caused by outages or changes of third party platforms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
